Sonam Kapoor Breakfast Diet
Sonam Kapoor eats 1/2 cup of fresh fruits for breakfast which includes mango, pomelo and berries.
Starting the day with these things rich in antioxidants helps them stay active throughout the day and they stay healthy too.
Apart from this, Sonam drinks coffee made from almond milk with gluten-free toast and 1/4 avocado in her breakfast. Avocado contains good fats that make you feel full.
Sonam Kapoor Lunch Diet
1/2 cup rice, 75 grams fish (boiled salmon or grilled fish) is the menu for Sonam’s lunch.
Omega 3 fatty acids are found from fish which keep the skin smooth and healthy.
Apart from this, she eats a cup of boiled seasonal vegetables.

I Like Homemade Food For Dinner
Sonam always takes care that she eats her dinner before 7.30 pm. Vegetable soup is the first thing in dinner.
Sonam prefers to eat clean homemade food so that she can get nourishment.
Apart from this, she consumes 1/2 cup of vegetables (cooked, sautéed or traditionally cooked), 1/3 cup of potatoes, rice or flat noodles.
Sonam works to have a balanced mix of all the essential nutrients along with carbohydrates in dinner.
