Question- What is the healthiest thing you do when you wake up in the morning?
Answer- First of all I drink lukewarm water and eat rai rai seeds with it. Because mustard seeds are good for immunity and keep you active throughout the day.
Question- What do you eat for breakfast?
Answer- Gluten free muesli in my breakfast, handful of almonds, coconut yogurt and whatever fruit is in season. It keeps me energized throughout the day.
Question- What is your favorite healthy snacks?
Answer- I like almonds. They are also very easy to carry and eat too. Almonds are rich in Vitamin E, Vitamin B2, Magnesium and Phosphorus, so I think it is one of the best snacks and I love it too.
Question- What are the things that you do not include in your diet?
Answer- Sugar, Gluten and Dairy.
Question- What is your favorite dessert or sweet dish?
Answer- My favorite dessert is cupcakes. It is sugar free, gluten free and dairy free.
Question- What do you eat before and after workout?
Answer- Before workout I eat handful of almonds with banana. Whereas after workout I take protique shake with almond milk.
Question- How much water do you drink everyday?
Answer- I drink at least 4 liters of water in a day.
Question- What is the last thing you do before sleeping?
Answer- I drink water.
Question- How many times do you enjoy Cheat Day and what do you take at that time?
Answer- I enjoy Cheat Meal not Cheat Day. During this, I eat whatever I like. I love to eat biryani. So once a week I have a cheat meal.

Answer- I try to eat something every 2 hours.
